01The agreement
By downloading, installing, or playing Blox Blast Rush ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't play. These terms are between you and the developer of Blox Blast Rush ("we", "us"). Apple is not a party to this agreement, but see Section 12 for the special Apple terms that apply.
02Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
- Modify, mod, or create derivative works.
- Resell, rent, or sublicense the Game or your account.
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to play.
03Account & conduct
An account (anonymous, Apple, or Google) is created automatically the first time you launch. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't:
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players.
- Submit fake or manipulated scores.
- Exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages (please report them instead — see Support).
- Attempt to access other players' private data.
We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
04Purchases & gold
The Game offers optional in-app purchases for "gold," an in-game currency used for cosmetics, power-ups, and reviving runs. Purchases are processed by Apple. All sales are final once delivered, except where required by law. Gold:
- Has no real-world cash value.
- Cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or other currencies outside the Game.
- May be lost if your account is terminated for violating these terms.
For refund requests, contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds directly because we never receive your payment.
You can restore previously-purchased gold packs from Settings → Account → Restore purchases.
05Leaderboards & cheating
Scores are submitted to Game Center and our own friends-and-global leaderboards. We reserve the right to remove scores we believe are obtained by cheating, exploits, or modified app builds, and to ban offending accounts without notice or refund.
06Display names & avatars
You can pick a display name and an optional avatar image. By choosing them, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display them within the Game and to other players (e.g. on leaderboards and friends lists). Names and avatars must not contain hate speech, harassment, sexual content, doxxing, or anything illegal. We can change or remove names/avatars that violate these rules.
07Our intellectual property
The Game, its code, art, sounds, music, branding ("Blox Blast Rush"), and design are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Don't reproduce, reuse, or redistribute them without written permission. Streaming and screenshotting your own gameplay for personal social media is fine and encouraged.
08Termination
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account, available to all players (anonymous and signed-in alike). You can also email us with your friend code. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. On termination, your in-game data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Apple's separate refund and entitlement rules apply to anything you purchased.
09No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or that scores will always sync correctly. We do try our best.
10Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Game. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US$20.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If you're a consumer in a region with mandatory consumer-protection laws (e.g. the EU), those laws still apply to you regardless of this clause.
12Apple-specific terms
The following apply because the Game is distributed on the App Store:
- This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.
- Your license to use the Game is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
- If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- We — not Apple — are responsible for product liability claims, claims that the Game fails to conform to legal requirements, and claims arising under consumer-protection law.
- If a third party claims the Game infringes their intellectual property, we — not Apple — handle it.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
